| Well Gang since it seems that with the new maps, there seems to be more interest in getting together for some gaming with other clan members for W@W. I think our numbers are getting up there enough that we should be able to get together at least once a week for some games (if we can get into games, but that's a network issue not our fault.) I'm going to let this one go for a week or so and then we can try to get it organized. Sign in here with when you can play, what mode you prefer, and add your PSN name if it isn't the same as your user name here, so others can add you to their friends list or you can add them. I'll volunteer to pull the group together at the best time for everyone, so everyone who is not already on my friends list send me a request to STP_SGM_Plumley. I'm on almost every night after 6.00 PM EDT, except Thursday, and anytime on the weekend. I prefer playing HQ and Domination but might be talked into HC games if enough people are interested. I'm also available for some Zombies on the new map, which is way better than the first zombie map, in case nobody has played it yet. Let's get it together for some fun. Thanks Everyone, | |

| Interested. Prefer HC, but also enjoy Core. I recommend getting the map pack if you haven't already. They are really fun maps in my opinion and they look great.
JC_Buckwilder & STP_Feros_Ferio (I'll be using the later more often shortly)
Availability: Usually later at night, but I'll just drop in when possible for now because of my weird study schedule and the fact that I'm packing up my PS3 to move within two weeks.

Weekday nights after 7 and Weekends whenever I'm on !!!!!
**Still havnt got a new mic yet....my bluetooth doesnt work with the new PS3...it registers but the PS3 wont pick it up. I havnt decided yet if I want one of the new fancy expensive $250.00 gaming headsets or just buy the cheapo, old school USB corded one that was actually my first headset and really didnt have any problems with it until it just broke. So sorry guys I'm going to be silent for a few more days**

| Well i'm sticking with plugging the A40's lol and since Luis has now got the A40's as his trittions broke (i think) it shows they weren't worth replacing, he is now the best guy to ask for a review as he can give a better review since he's had both lol. | |

| I'm really pleased with my Trittons. They are more affordable and sound amazing. They really have great surround sound. However, I don't surround at my place, so I use them for movies and music as well. I think that they were a great purchase. I couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, I learned from Luis's mistake and registered mine so they are covered by the warranty now. You apparently have to do it within ninety days. I've had no problems.
I do want to point out one more thing. They seem to be more helpful in W@W than COD4. I just don't think the sound in COD4 is as good. In W@W, I can literally tell which direction and what type of material is under their feet. In COD, sometimes it is helpful, but sound tends to carry through walls, thus you hear it, but it is misleading because it doesn't seem to reflect off of physical objects. In W@W you can even hear water running in pipes in some buildings. It is eerie.
If you are going with bluetooth, then do some research. The PS3 bluetooth might be worth it. It has a mute. You can check it's status and charge on the PSN and it works as a speaker/headset while charging, so you still can communicate. Also it has feedback cancelling. Many of the bluetooths made for phones don't have all of the features that are useful for gaming.
I did enjoy my old PS2 USB headset for the longest time, but I didn't know how much different the experience could be with a surround headset. Honestly, if you play a lot of FPS (and you do) there is a huge advantage to have surround sound hearing.

| I'm usually on after work around 5:30 to 6pm EST during the week and like to play mostly HC TDM or S&D but will play most anything. Weekends are sporadic, but since I've got my bike up and running now I won't be on as much. | |

| I'm up for hq at 2300 every night (except Thursdays) as you know honey. Maybe a zombies game if the connection/joining problems are bad one night would be a nice change . Headsets - get a cheap gio-tek (about £20), cordless, great sound, comfortable, easy to use, durable (I've sat on mine, and stood on it and it still works) | |

| Well my A40's work fine in CoD4 as i was playing with with some new people, skcit and luis (i think) and i was the last one left in S&D Broadcast and i was in the main big broadcast room on the right side looking out, and i heard the guy go up the stairs in to the little computer room over my head and i followed the noise and just waited for him to drop down the stairs and popped him and everyone just laughed lol | |

| if i ever get a tv in the bedroom im gonna try the headsets. i have a 5.1 surround setup in my living room. i havent been able to properly setup my new receiver because im waiting for my hdmi cable from monoprice.com. but anyway if you have the money id spring for a surround sound setup, that way the whole family can enjoy it. i have a plantronics headset from walmart and it costs about 20 bucks or so and it works great though it has the little ear thing that goes in your ear and it gets uncomfortable after wearing it a while. probably a dumb question but did you go under accessories and turn it on after you synced it? | |

| Ill put my 2 cent opinion in pretty quickly..
The trittons and a40s are pretty much the same. to me they both sound the same. now the difference is for looks the A40 are a lot more pleasing to the eye i thnk they look better and come n 2 different colors where as the trittons have that one color only. and the a40s are a little bit lghter ..i think the trittons are heavier.
Also if any piece breaks for example the mic tritton does NOT SELL those small acessoriies seperately you would pretty much have to just buy the whole thiing again which is what happened to me. And lke buck said REGISTER the tritton within the frst 90 days or else th 2 year warranty that comes with t is no good,.
now if you dont really care how they look the trittons are a good buy. ts 100 dollars cheaper and you pretty much get the same value.. but personally i love my a40s as well and would recommend it to anyone

| I am up for it. I have the new map packs and have played on them all except for zombie mode. For some reason even with 7000+ online I can never get into a game. I usually play regular HQ or any of the other core games, but am up for anything. I've played a couple rounds with trip and some others when the connection is good on the HC games, had a good time. I have the PS3 (SOCOM) bluetooth, not bad but at times it is uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. So I usually don't use it unless all the players in the party have mics on. | |

| All right so we have a good start here... JC (studies allowing), DonMat, Fridge, Triplb, Jessica, Mythus, and myself. It looks like almost any evening starting after 6:00 PM Eastern time and HQ or domination may be our games, at least to start. Let's try for next Tuesday evening the 28th to start. That way anyone else who may want in, can let me know and everyone has plenty of time to plan for it. I'll throw up one last notice Tuesday morning. Thank Everyone. | |

| Gotta say it was 10 times better playing with the group yesterday. Had a couple of games with Shamos earlier (one with serious lag issues) and the few with the Fridge and the others. And even though I don't play much HC mode I had a blast. Only thing I regret was that I couldn't stay on longer last night. I'll be on again today, and look forward to playing. | |

| I want to thank the people who took part in this evening's hq fun. Jessica, Jc, Trip, Mythus and myself managed to have a relatively lag free series of games (except for the last one) where we won 4 out of 5 games and the one we lost was almost unplayable due to the lag. Thanks folks, that was a special treat we don't get to do very often. We'll try to get together more often. | |

| I'll break out my mic, I haven't used it for a while. I want to get a headset, since I think it would be more comfortable. But for now will go back to the PS3 bluetooth. The team seemed to click really well yesterday and it was a blast. I have played so many games on my own where the other team members don't seem to have a clue what to do. So it was really refreshing to play with a good team that was working together. Thanks and see you all online again. | |
