Live Beta Feed

So I just wasted an hour of my workday watching someone playing the beta on an XBox. He had a live feed set up. Now I'm pumped, the game play is the same thing that we have been doing for the last year. The weapons are different but game play is the same. Perks are almost the same but the cool thing I noticed is that when you pick your weapons, you get a 3D view of it. Also, your next rank, XP, etc. is laid out between rounds in a neater more organized fashion than in COD4, it's kind of hard to explain but I liked the way it looks.The radar has moved to the upper left hand corner. You do get 4 perks, one of them is a vehicle perk along with the 3 that we have now. I got to see recon flights and arty strikes. I don't know where they were going but I got to see the dogs let loose also. I'm just going on the assumption that the PS3 set up will be the same or very similar.

I've got a beta for the PC which i'm downloading now. Will let you know if it works

I got that same invite but I'm a Mac and I don't think they are going to look too favorably on me downloading and playing at work. I was going to offer it up to anyone interested but it is apparently tied to my CallofDuty.com account.

I still cant believe your watching live feeds of people playing a game that seems crazy to me.

I'll get excited eventually. I would have preferred new maps and perks for CoD4, though, rather than WWII.
