STP now has a Facebook App

Just made a facebook app. that you can connect to our website through Facebook. I sent out friend request to the people I already have as friends on Facebook from the clan. We need 5 followers or 10 active users before I can publish the App in the Facebook directory. I'm just learning about how this app works so give me a few days so I can understand it better.

I need you guys to sign up for the app. When I get 10 active users, then I can publish app. I also think I can make an app for mobile phones which would be pretty cool.

Okay... I would but have no clue how to do that. It seems that liking doesn't work and clicking on go to app just brings me to the portal. What can I say? I'm a facebook tard.

Vince, I sent you an invite to your facebook accout. Shane, maybe liking it is what it takes. I'll look into it further and get back to you.

Ok. I had sent an invitation to a second facebook account I set up. Shane it should be in the section titled "likes and interests." Click on Special Tactics Protocol and takes you to the app home page. On left side just below logo is a go to application button. Click that and it will be you to the portal.

Vince, look for "Invitation" button and there should be a number by it. Open it up and the STP app will be there

If you get into the code Merc its dead easy to make a iPhone Bookmark Icon as i've done it for most of our shop website so in out case if you selected to save the STP site as a bookmark it will put it on the main screen with what ever icon you mark

Shane if you get it to work on Facebook try to send me the link

If you go to Mercs facebook page and request to add stp to your friends list, that worked for me.

Martin, when the time comes, will you help with it. I'd like to have an apps button for the iPhone and Blackberry

Yea no problem, like i said if you can get into the code it's one line of code and then there's loads of free iPhone Icon maker websites this is the one i used

If you can add the code in to the site, if a iPhone user decides to bookmark the site it asks if you want to save it to the home screen if you do the icon will be added as the bookmark.
